V 1.1.1 - Catcher bug fixes

- Catcher throw sound is now adjustable by the SFX volume slider.
- Fixed catchers killing themselves if the player swung the bat as they were about to throw a head
- Fixed 2 catchers catching 1 head, effectively doubling it.
